At your scheduled appointment, drop your dog off at my home-based grooming space. I'll welcome your pup, talk through their needs, and help them settle in.
Your dog gets my full attention in a calm, peaceful environment. No cages and no rushed appointments — just gentle, personalized pampering.
I'll give you a 30-minute heads-up before your pup's groom is complete so you have time to make your way over. Please arrive at the pickup time provided to reunite with your fresh, clean pup, looking and feeling their best.

Your pup's comfort and everyone's safety come first. Please review these policies before booking.
I do not accept aggressive dogs. Grooming involves close handling and sharp tools, so biting, snapping, or other aggressive behavior can put both your dog and me at risk of injury.
A peaceful, safe experience matters more than completing a groom. Please tell me about any history of aggression before booking so you can find care suited to your dog's needs.
Matted coats will result in additional fees. Tight or severe mats cannot be safely brushed out: pulling at them can be painful, irritate or damage the skin, and cause unnecessary stress. Mats can also trap moisture, dirt, and debris, hide skin problems, and restrict comfortable movement.
For your pup's comfort and safety, a shorter clip or shave may be necessary. Working carefully beneath mats takes extra time and skill and causes additional wear and tear on my blades and tools, which is why an extra fee applies.
There is no judgment here. Matting can happen, and I would love to help your pup feel more comfortable. I'll discuss their coat condition and the safest approach with you before we begin.
Dogs with fleas will also incur additional fees for flea treatment and the extra cleaning needed to keep my home-based grooming space safe.
During the appointment, I will treat your pup to remove existing fleas. Grooming does not prevent reinfestation, so treating your home and bedding and following your veterinarian's advice on ongoing flea prevention are important, too. Please let me know about fleas before your visit.
